Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us first by email. Please do not send any items back without contacting us in advance.

Return & Exchange Shipping Cost Responsibility
The responsibility for return or exchange shipping costs depends on the reason for the return or exchange.
If the return is due to a customer reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Customer reasons include, but are not limited to:
- No longer needed or wanted the item
- Ordered the wrong item
- Ordered the wrong quantity
- Entered the wrong shipping address
- Changed mind after purchase
- Personal preference or expectation differences
If the return or exchange is due to a seller reason, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Seller reasons include, but are not limited to:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was shipped
- Missing parts or accessories caused by our error
- The product is significantly different from the order description
For U.S. domestic returns caused by our error, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label after the issue is confirmed.
For international returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is confirmed to be caused by our error. In such cases, we may offer a suitable solution, including a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, refunds will be issued once the item is returned and inspected. In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if the customer prefers to keep the item.
Partial Refunds
For items returned damaged, used, missing parts, or not in original condition and packaging, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Customers may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
If the exchange request is caused by our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or another suitable solution after reviewing the issue.
